Anyone waterjut cutting?

I am just about to purchase a waterjet cutting machine and wondering if anyone else is using them.

Here was a sample I cut out of it. I am about to get an order for 200 flat pieces that need to be PERFECT! They estimated I can cut all 200 piece in less then an hour.

We don’t own one, but occasionaly have batches sent out to be cut. For flat shapes, no other method comes close to the speed of a water jet. Good to have if you will be doing a lot with it, but it gets the job done so fast that it will be idle most of the time.

we are contracting with a granite company and we will subcontract work out and cut granite slabs for them as well. So it should hopefully work out well!

What is a “WATERJUT”?

hell I wish…

Whats one cost?

If you also have any custom chopper or hot rod shops too, use those angles for down times too…
