at 7:22, if you are talking about the under water clip, i would suspect ultrasonic inspection. You can map out the density of the part, and see if there are any voids. One of the non-destructive inspection systems.

I bet it doesn’t compare to even the mid range trek. Knowing how to work with composites doesn’t mean you know how to build a bike.
