Being a (virtually) self-taught composites hobbiest, I would LOVE to go to a show to see what is in the industry. I live in Wisconsin, though. Does anything come to Milwaukee, Chicago, or the Twin Cities?
My buddy went to some wood working show a few years ago and they had a tutorial on vacuum bagging carbon fibre. I would give so much to go to something like that.
Any clues?

Chicago always has a major Plastics show but mostly Thermoplastics like injection molding and the like…but you never know what exhibits are there until you get there…

Am I reading this right? Is the High Performance Fibers show charging over $1,000 just to attend? The trade shows in the construction industry only charge $30-$60…
Yes, but that is for the full seminars…ask them what it might costs just for the exhibits only…?
