looks like it is going to be a nice facility. too bad they don’t have the room for a full 1/4 mile strip. Many tracks are finding that by incorprating circle track, staright line and sometimes even road course into the facility they can actually get more use and make money. I like IRP, they have a world class 1/4 mile
track, a very nice road cource with drag strip as the staight, and a “bull ring” cicle track where busch cars runs when the cup guys run the “big track” down the road.
I think full integrastion is the only way to make it go today with the high land costs. eventually urban sprawl comes along and makes the land so valuable that the owners just have to sell to a devloper that turns it into a housing development. Integarion brings in enough cashflow to stave this off for an extra decade or so usually.
