Advice on Mold for Dash Is it Possible?

Im now playing with the idea of making a mold out of my fiberglass dash instead of simply laying carbon on top of it.

However, I do not know exactly how a mold for this would work. The back of the dash wraps down and around on top. In my head this would make it nearly impossible to gey a carbon piece out of a mold.

I would appreciate any advice.

You need to split your mould into more pieces, aka split mould.

The mould pieces bolt together so you can make a part as one piece, then you unbolt the mould pieces to remove your one piece dash part.

Search around for split moulds.
