I’ve done an experiment by adding an alcohol base wood stain to my resin
(red) with outstanding results and think it would be fitting for a color match
for cars. have’nt used any other color yet. please respond if you have done anything similer.
P.S. I used a polyester resin and added a UV guard.

Just a tiny amount of this mixed is enough. The top coat is still clear, but with a hint of color. I like to use black on everything that I do as of late. It gives the pieces a darker tint which looks very nice.
