Well I have a few things I have made for my bike. the silver and carbon are just some headlight covers but the all carbon is an actual highbeam replacement. My bike has one side highbeam and the other headlight, and in the city I never use the highbeam anyways, and can’t even recall using it at all over the years…so it’s a good way to shed about 700 grams and replace it with a 45 gram carbon fit insert. The carbon insert is an exact mold of the headlight so it fits really clean.
so were the mounting tabs added after the headlight cover was molded? or were they done with the cover?..what did you use to atach them?

Evanc, I made the flanges so the tabs would be incorporated right into the entire mold.
what resin did you use?
hell, I’d just throw in a low wattage bulb and keep it on high-beam all the time, to get both bulbs going!
It’s hard enough that everyone that hits a biker says “oh, I couldn’t see it”
I so want a train horn on my V-Strom.
