Just joined the forum today and would like to show my 65 GTO that I retro modded-
frame off resto, upgraded parts and a bunch of carbon stuff I made for it.
The front grill surround, dash, center console, rear center console, speaker box, rear tail panel, engine covers. Hope you like it
Thanks for posting this!
Ever toy with the idea of carbon panels? Or would that ruin the classic look?
If I had the $$$ I would build the whole body out of cf, maybe if I hit the lotto
That looks awesome! I am hoping to add some trim to my 69 dodge dart some day.
Nice work. Cool car.
Nice work, I love carbon on classic cars.
What he said ^ haha. Very nice.
Cool car ! I always love Vintage mixed with tech like youve done!
Welcome to the site !
Nice! I think its possible for panels, trunk, hood on a budget. Doors not so much, but doable with careful planning.
Iva always wanted to do a 65 Malibu or Chevelle.
Great looking car!
way cool man, love the new materials as applied on a classic car. Great combination.
I just noticed that thing is fuel injected! Even better!
Beautiful build! Carbon fiber isn’t over the top and definitely adds something to the car. It’s so easy to go overboard when doing a retro mod.
Can never go wrong with the newer LS motors! LS1 out of an '04 GTO?
Did you have to mock up your own motor mounts?
motor is out of an 02 ss camaro
motor mounts are custom fabricated
Looks really good! Well done.
Wow very cool! Amazing work man.
nice job on a great car!..if ever get rid of my chevelle, i’m aiming at 66/67 lemans
