I use salsa jar as a catch pot the nipples are vacuum bag connectors from APC composites,
“Paul Newman’s Own” is the best, tasting that is

good idea. I tried making one, it broke because the top was acrylic plastic the vacuum just cracked the top of mine. I use a harbor freight one but soon will need add another resin catch pot to the shop.

Is that a wing?

For those in America, Jegs has a few vacuum canisters which I’m sure would do the trick. Can’t beat $35.

I have build some catch pots too, They are made of aluminium and have a cap out of makrolon. I use them as exsikkator for degasing my resin because i don´t need a catch pot :smiley: (I only use the MTI hose).
If anyone is interested I have got 20 pcs and i can sell them for 150$ net + shipping.
We also build a bigger one for 2.6 gallon buckets, it is also made out of aluminium and a makrolon cap. It costs 590$ net + shipping. I don´t know how much tax you have to pay.
