make a mold of that piece, then wet lay carbon.

Is it possible to make a mold of this? If so how would i do it? I assume I would still do a wet lay up?

yeah that would be my suggestion too! if you make a mod then you can produce more identical pieces

Alright I am convinced, i will make a mold of this. Let me get this straight

  1. due to the size of this, I can make a one piece mold, correct?
  2. I PVC and Gelcoat the top of this
  3. I lay up fiberglass to make the mold
  4. after this dries, I release the plug from the glass then start my CF
