Yeah there’s a bunch of companies that sell fluorescent and glow in the dark pigments. You can get it online and on eBay!!! Stuff works too but it’s tricky to get a consistant glow with infusions anyways. One side tends to glow more than the other on a simple setup. The weaves tend to Pop it looks really really cool!
Yeah, infusions tend to filter out particles. I haven’t tried it recently because I never remember, but I know some nano people have major issues. Might be good for a gelcoat or something. 
Of course I could just extrude some sort of plastic film with the pigment, and do a film infusion.

doesnt really turn out very good that way. if you do it in the resin it makes the weave stand out.
