Looks like inadequate fiber saturation to me.
that is not the case for sure. you can clearly see that is a coat problem.
Was the mixing ratio correct and did you mix it?
yes pretty sure it´s correct and i mix it very well. If it was only one time maybe it was some poor mixing or incorrect ratio by mistake. But it´s the third time it happens
I agree that it is caused by poor saturation of the fibers and likely not a problem of the coating. Any void will draw the coating up into it creating the craters or leaves a bubbly void between the coating and the laminate. I think you have both. I have had this problem usually caused by bridging of material or vacuum bag, air leak, mold porosity and not enough time between draw down and infusion.
It looks like the IMC is impossible to get in the USA. I have tried to email GAC to order 4 gallons of the IMC and they will not reply to my emails. I have also tried to order it from the manufacturer and FEDEX will not ship it.
I see that some use automotive clear coat and others say you can use anything as an IMC. Anyone have any suggestions of an IMC that is compatible with epoxy, has UV protection, and can be layed down at 3-4 mils?
try searching google for hptextiles they are the parent to the US outfit I think…

Order on line from USA
Looks like they are out of stock at the moment
Yes they are out of stock after pulling all of their current inventory off the market. This happened after I asked why the resin I received was very thick and not like the product they have posted on youtube.
