lol, I was just telling Evan about the amazing powers of google for people. Some don’t even try that’s what gets me. You may have seen my second to last post on fiberglast about fiberglass weight per foot. As of my post this morning I quit posting there.

I always had a feeling all along that they’re using the forum members as their free technical support. By not really stating that we don’t work for them, they can just mislead new folks to believe that we’re supposed to help them with their questions.

funny you should mention technical support. The forum was actually where I was directed to when I called them the first time. I also have seen a few posts where people mentioned they were directed to the forum.

Yeah… well these guys at the factory gets paid big money for their standards. And I’ll have to pay them that if I want them to do infusion and prepreg.

btw Evan, What did you do for that guy shamrock. One day he’s having problems and the next day he’s pulling quality parts. He learns faster than anyone I know!

I just PMed him and told him to come in with his mold. We did one test run with infusion and I also pointed out areas that he could fix. That was it.

Only the big jobs as in mass quantity. They can get it done a lot faster than I could. That will help free up my time to do more R&D work and farting around on forums like I already do.
