HAYABUSA 2002-2007 Carbon-Titanium-Kevlar

Thx BazNos, I work a lot of hours in my free time and I spend a lot of money. This year I spend over 5000-7000€ to make my hobby. A lot of money and of course my wife dosen;t know enythink at all:D .

George!

Dont take the sandbagger thing as a slam on you. I was just giving you a hard time.

I think its awesome to see you go so far from when you were just having so many problems not too long ago.

I think its great and to be honest Im glad you like to share your ideas. The marking lines on the mold is a good idea and laying in the cloth to match is excellent.

With tips like these we can all stand to learn and benefit and thats why Im here…to help and get help.

Id still love to see your molds…you did a great job on those parts.

Thx hybridracers:)

Mold pictures possibly? If it’s a secret i understand.

Don’t worry I will send it. You see here in Greece we have very good weather and we swimm everyday:D 38-47C temperature.

dont send it. just post it on here. im sure everyone would like to see the molds.

i love the busa to begin with …but yours is skinwrapped in a teddie!!!

thx guys

First post here be gentle with me!!

I’m a total amateur with any sort of composite work and I’m really keen to have a look at the pictures in this thread as I spend a lot of time on two wheels, particularly the busa parked in my garage

Trouble is I don’t know if its a browser setup problem my end or whether everyone else has the same problem because I can’t see any of the images (also georges other threads) and when I click on george’s web page in his sig strip I just get webpage not found!! any ideas what I’m doing wrong as its driving me nuts

Thanks and Hello

some of the links posted aren’t working for anyone. It happens, it’s not this website’s technical issue. This site works very good.

Here are some of George’s links that still function. Welcome to the forum

Don’t panic!!

A few minutes after posting above I found another thread george posted in and he linked a different website with -aramid not -kevlar, I’m guessing he changed his website and maybe thats why his pics are screwed.

Busa looks damn sweet though, top work

Yeah his work looks very good to me too.

sorry guys I change my web site because I have problem with Dupont.

Here’s the new:
