Here ya go… ripped straight from Aerosleeves.
For non-straight tubes, you’ll need a 2 part molds and a bladder. I don’t have time to draw one up.

maybe I will do a step by step as I get started on the project. I might make a new mold to show how to make the molds as well. going to order tubing on Monday most likely
Here is a seamless sleeve overlayed on an intake
Jeff, do you have a 4 inch sleeve in the carbon??? Please say you do??
if not do you know someone that does?
  I sent them my resume.
hahah that is funny
I’m interested, what kind of pressure do you think the pipes will be able to withstand?
Hm… for some reason I thought they were cheaper. Oh well. Gotta order some braided sleeve today. :?
What is the smallest size you can get them in? I am working on 1.5" square tubing so I need 6" diameter
Where can I find Texalium sleeves? I see that aerosleeves carries regular fiberglass sleeves so maybe Texalium is available now… or soon?
You’ll have to call Hexcel and ask. Knowing texalium, I highly doubt it would be practical in sleeve form.
could someone tell me what is the largest diameter available in carbon?
tom
Aerosleeves sells 6" diameter.
A & P Technology (www.braider.com) has up to 24" diameter as a standard product, but you would probably have to order direct from them and the last time I received info from them there was a minimum 10 pound order.
Good Luck
thanks bob

I got some from sollarpaddles because they worked with me on volume. Here is what I am getting them for
The 1st 50 yards will cost $13.82/yard or $690.81 plus our shipping costs.
The additional sleeve cost is based on how much you agree to order (total)
per calendar year (unlimited number of shipments to you):
less than 280yard (per year) - $11.08/yard*
between 281-900 yards (per year) - $9.13/yard*
between 900-15250 yards (per year) - $8.29/yard*
We are on about 130 yards so far, but by the begining of next year be at the $9.13 a yard hopefully.
If you’re getting 3" diameter material, that’s a pretty good price from Soller.
