What is a “PU” in mold coating? Can I get a few details on that if you wouldnt mind? Great looking piece, whats the price tag on that?

how did you do the threaded inserts? did you reinforce that area on the backside for the possible stress torque?
and did you make or buy the inserts?

What kind of molding system did you fabricate to produce this? There looks to be no bond lines at all, is this one single form?
It’s a split mold otherwise you wont get it out.
