Blue Fiber

I had kinda thought about contacting them, but with them being a “trim” site and I did not know how easily they would give up the information… Guess it never hurts to ask…

From looking at the image URL it was “Wowtrims.com”. Gonna send them an email.

Only problem with that is that I do not know how to read that… LOL…

One thing to keep in mind with digital photos and the internet is color is always different than it appears on your monitor.

Man… that website link is all Greek to me.

hahaha yes but no internet picture is as bright as the fur on your freshly epoxied kitty :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:

nah that was yellow epoxy dye. I think it’s permanent… stupid cat.

hahaha good point:p , let me see how can I help you…:o

I agree, but that blue is DEFINITELY brighter than the carbon/kevlar I currently have at home.

If the blue is very bright, then it may well be coloured Eglass rather than dyed kevlar, which is made by spraying Eglass fibres with aluminuim, and then maybe some sort of dye to provide the different colour?

Very easy to tell if its Eglass, and you have some unused material, as kevlar will be much harder to cut.

the bright colors i’ve seen are carbon/polyester.

P.S. it looks like AVT composites will be getting some or had some.

The price on their page for it says “N/A”
