I really should read the patent, but from the article:

permanent release coating and ejector pins

both are prior knowledge, so getting a patent should not be possible.

I don’t know…
for example, Lamborghini has patented RTM Lambo…I don’t know specifications, but RTM Light or Lite, already exist…the same for forged composite…

Remember that the don’t have to convince industry insiders that it is patentable. Apple has already patented round corners and lining up icons in a row. Any 13 year old kid can see the difference between an iPhone and the Samsung line from ten feet but that doesn’t mean it isn’t patentable.

I guess I’ll need to prepare our legal defence for the mould that we coated with PTFE 3 years ago as we must of copied Apples idea.

I checked Patent list and this Pat. number does not exist… And I also think this couldn’t be possible.
